Three fire engines drove through the neighborhoods of West Richland decorated in Christmas lights for a good cause. It's called Operation Candy Cane put on by Benton County Fire Protection District 4, a food drive to help the less fortunate this holiday season. For several hours Saturday evening, firefighters drove the decorated fire trucks around West Richland neighborhoods. Those who donated food supplies were given a candy cane from a firefighter. Contractors also participated in the food drive including Core Development which gave $2,000 worth of food donations.
