Firefighters are battling a fire that is damaging a home on Goose Gap Road. Fire officials tell Action News the porch and back of the house was fully involved in the blaze that was reported Wednesday afternoon. Flames had spread to the attic once firefighters arrived. Two people living at the home were inside when they noticed smoke and fire and safely escaped the house. No one has been injured in this fire. Responders say a cause has not been determined. Firefighters have cut a hole in the roof to gain access to the flames.
