Seattle firefighters were busy in Seattle's South Park neighborhood overnight, as two separate homes caught fire over the course of a few hours early Wednesday morning.
The first fire incident began just before 2 a.m. at an abandoned home at 12th Ave. S. and S. Cloverdale St. A couple of hours later at 3:30 a.m., another fire started at 7th Ave. S. and S. Director St.
No injuries were reported from either fire, although it is unclear if there were any residents at the home on 7th Ave. and Director St.
Fire investigators have been dispatched to figure out a cause for the incidents. At this time, the fire department has no evidence that the fires were connected.
