A 60-year-old man was arrested after police said he punched a paramedic in the face. Police were assisting firefighters who were called out to the combative man. While they tried to de-escalate the situation, Donald Houlihan punched a paramedic in the face. Officers said Houlihan had narcotics on him. He was arrested on charges of assault and possession of meth.
