A fire destroyed two structures and RVs south of Moses Lake Wednesday night. Fire units from districts 10 and 11 were called to the Sportsman’s Resort on State Route 262 just before 1:00 a.m. Arriving units came across a fast-moving fire which eventually consumed the resort’s pool building, two travel trailers, a boat and a park model manufactured home. Officials said firefighters were periodically hampered by the venting and explosions of several propane tanks attached to the structures and RVs. There were no reported injuries. The Grant County Fire Marshal is investigating and there is no word yet on a cause or value of loss.
