Fire crews swarmed to a Redmond business park overnight as a commercial building there went up in flames. Firefighters worked hard to prevent the blaze from spreading to other nearby buildings. The huge fire response began at about 2 a.m. Friday when 911 dispatchers were notified of flames and smoke billowing from a business park in the 14600 block of NE 91st Street. When crews arrived, they were immediately concerned that the flames could spread to other nearby buildings. The contents of those buildings were unknown. Firefighters eventually gained the upper hand and extinguished the blaze. Now investigators are trying to determine the type of business that burned, the cause of the fire and the extent of the damage.
