A body has been found in a home that burned in Auburn on Monday, and police believe it is likely the homeowner.
Earlier Tuesday, police declared homeowner Kevin L. Holle, 59, missing.
But late Tuesday afternoon, police said detectives and firefighters searched the house in the 5600 block of Hazel Avenue Southeast and found a body. Police believe it is Holle, but the King County Medical Examiner's Office has been called to take custody of the body.
Holle lived alone in the house and was last seen Sunday.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
