Police in West Seattle are investigating another pair of arsons in West Seattle, but now say it doesn't appear to be connected to six other arsons that have struck the neighborhood over the past month.
The latest fires were started around 2:30 a.m. on California Avenue SW at SW Oregon Street and SW Alaska Street. One of the dumpsters is behind Easy Street Records, and the other is located behind a senior center.
Fire crews extinguished the flames, and police scoured the area looking for the arsonist, but were unable to locate a suspect.
However, officers spoke to witnesses who said they saw a suspect exit the alley where the second fire occurred. Officers discovered surveillance photos and are now asking for your help.
