The third fire was reported at 9:12 p.m. in the 1200 block of 11th Street Northeast where a garage next to a home became fully involved in flames. A car inside the garage was burned as well. The fourth fire was reported at 9:39 p.m. at a home in the 1300 block of G Street Southeast. When crews arrived, they were concerned the flames might spread to the home next door. "When we came down the street, we just saw the blaze, and, it was raging fire, just totally engulfed in flames,” said neighbor Michael Aubrey. Three people were displaced in the last fire. They are staying with family.
