Lit candles are being blamed for a fire that damaged an Issaquah home early Friday. Firefighters responded to the home, in the 300 block of NE Eagle Way in Issaquah, at about 1 a.m. after receiving 911 calls. The family and their pets were outside the home when crews arrived, and flames were shooting out of the kitchen window. Firefighters extinguished the blaze. No injuries were reported. There was fire damage in the kitchen area and smoke damage to the rest of the home. An investigation found that the blaze was ignited by lit candles on a kitchen table.
