Just before 5 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, April 18, the Russellville Police Department, Arkansas State Police, Russellville Fire Department, Pope County EMS units 134, 133, and 131 responded to a motor vehicle collision with injury that occurred at the intersection of North Arkansas Avenue and Shiloh Road. Upon arriving on the scene of the crash, RFD Engine 3 firefighters advised dispatch that two vehicles were involved in the crash, a white Ford Expedition and a Toyota Camry. Upon making contact with the occupants of the vehicles, firefighters learned that four patients were injured and two of the four patients had sustained serious injuries.
