Birmingham Fire crews have cleared the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on Hwy 280 EB at Grandview Parkway. A car went under an 18-wheeler and trapped the driver Wednesday morning. Fire crews managed to remove the roof of the car and remove the driver, who walked away from the scene with the assistance of firefighters. The crash closed three Eastbound lanes and caused significant delays in the area. All lanes are now open.
