Alabama Forestry Commission (AFC) Assistant State Forester Dan Jackson was honored Tuesday by members of the Walker County Firefighters Association and several state officials during the association’s regular monthly meeting.
State Sen. Greg Reed, R-Jasper, and State Reps. Connie Rowe, R-Jasper, and Tim Wadsworth, R-Arley, also attended the meeting and presented Jackson with a resolution handed down by the Alabama Legislature honoring him on his upcoming retirement.
