City officials remain mum on whether the fire chief faced discipline for writing an email in which he asked one of his inspectors to delete the “bad parts” of video of the Cole Creek Fire.
City manager V.H. McDonald declined to comment Tuesday about the email fire chief Kenneth King sent as firefighters continued to battle the flames. When asked if he had anything to say to those who want King fired, McDonald also declined to comment and said he couldn’t discuss personnel issues.
