PHOTOS: Spokane fire investigators are looking for a man they believe set fire to a bush near a dog grooming business in the Emerson Garfield neighborhood early Wednesday morning.
According to a release from the Spokane Fire Department, a man was caught on video setting fire to an evergreen bush at the southwest corner of Lil Bit of Grooming.
Firefighters put the fire out before it could burn inside the building, but flames did scorch parts of the exterior. The Spokane Fire Department estimated the fire did about $15,000 in damage.
