A SWAT standoff at the Sans Souci retirement community at 3231 W. Boone Avenue is over after several hours.
On Sunday afternoon, SWAT and Spokane Police responded to a reported fire at the San Souci retirement community.
SPD said a man and a woman were inside of a trailer, when the man started a fire inside.
The woman was able to get out of the trailer and told police the man was still inside and armed with a shotgun.
According to SPD, a drone was deployed.
After the standoff ended, SPD did not provide details as to the condition of the man involved.
