A crash involving a Spokane Valley Fire Department (SVFD) fire truck was cleared after blocking the right and center lanes on I-90 near Sullivan Road in Spokane Valley. According to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), the crash happened at about 3 p.m. on Saturday. SVFD said the car lost control because of icy road conditions and hit the truck. SVFD pulled the driver out of the car. Officials say they had minor injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment. SVFD said the fire truck was already responding to an injury crash in that section of I-90 when another vehicle hit it.
