Roanoke Fire-EMS Department congratulates captain on his retirement

PHOTOS: On Tuesday, The Roanoke Fire-EMS Department congratulated a captain on his retirement. According to the department, Captain Mark Kesterson is retiring from Roanoke Fire-EMS. The department said Captain Kesterson has been with their department for 36 years. "Thank you for the many years of dedication and leadership. Enjoy your retirement - you've earned it," the department said.
