The Roanoke Fire EMS Department is congratulating an individual on their retirement. They are congratulating Assistant Fire Marshal/Lieutenant Barry Kincer on his retirement from Roanoke Fire-EMS. According to the department, Kincer has been with there department for over 24 years. "Thank you for the many years of dedication and leadership. We hope you enjoy your retirement," the department shared on social media.
