Two dogs were killed in an early morning house fire in Cranston on Thursday. The Cranston Fire Department responded around 4:00 a.m. to Poplar Street for the fire. The department says that no one was home during the fire except the dogs. Unfortunately, both dogs died. No injuries were reported. The fire remains under investigation.
