PHOTOS: Members of the North Providence Fire Department rescued several ducklings that fell down a storm drain on Thursday. Firefighters responded to Mineral Spring Avenue and popped open the storm drain. In total, the firefighters saved seven ducklings. An NBC 10 News team was at the scene and saw an adult duck hanging around the animal carrier the ducklings were put in. Firefighters said they hoped she would follow them to the station.
