PHOTOS: A large fire department response took place in Providence Sunday. The Providence Fire Department said when firefighters arrived there was “heavy fire” showing out of the three-story home’s second and third floors. Most of the fire was towards the front of the building. Firefighters had to evacuate the two neighboring buildings, and one suffered minor exterior damage. There were no injuries but three families were displaced. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. ABC 6 News Crews on scene saw multiple emergency vehicles on Sackett Street, including a ladder truck extended to a house with fire damage on the top floor.
