The Providence Fire Department were at the scene of a fire at a home on Bellevue Avenue Thursday morning. The fire was reported before 7 a.m. Emergency crews arrived to find the second floor balcony engulfed in flames. According to Providence Police, the department was able to put out the fire quickly. No one was injured or displaced in the incident. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
