Pawtucket crews responded to a crash that led to a vehicle fire on Wednesday. The crash happened in the intersection of Garden Street and Harrison Street, Pawtucket police said. According to officials, a vehicle struck a pole after a two-vehicle crash occurred. That vehicle came to a stop against a house and caught on fire. Police said the fire was extinguished and two people were transported to Rhode Island Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Fire damage could be seen at the front of the vehicle. NBC 10 crews observed the car being towed at the scene.
