A fire broke out inside a KFC in South Kingstown Thursday afternoon. Police said they received reports of a sparking outlet inside the kitchen. Firefighters on scene said there was heavy smoke filling the restaurant. According to police, no one was injured. Officials said the building will be closed until further notice. The fire is under investigation.
