VIDEO: Six people were transported to the hospital after an early morning townhouse fire in Cumberland County. Crews were called to a single-family home on the 6300 block of Galleon Drive in Hampden Township at 5:11 a.m. Twelve fire companies responded to the scene. The first engine arrived within 10 minutes of the call. Six people were in the home at the time of the fire, according to Hampden Township Fire Captain Richard Flinn. Flinn says all six made it out on their own with one of them jumping from a second-floor window. They were all taken to a nearby hospital to get checked out. The home sustained damage to the front and left side of the structure along with the cars in the garage. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
