VIDEO: All lanes closed in a section of Rt. 581 Tuesday morning due to a fire that could be seen from miles. The fire happened on the roadway near Exit 3 for Rt. 11 South - Carlisle Pike, according to PennDOT Emergency dispatch confirmed the vehicle that was on fire was a garbage truck. Video sent to CBS 21 shows the truck engulfed in flames. Luckily, no one was injured in the incident. While Rt. 581 was completely closed between Exit 3 and Exit 5, all lanes have since reopened to traffic.
