VIDEO: A 17-year-old is facing 30 criminal charges, including driving while intoxicated, in relation to the house explosion that leveled a home in Oneida.
At about 3 a.m. on Sept. 9, emergency crews were called to a car accident on W. Elm Street.
When first responders arrived on scene, a small SUV crashed into a home could be seen.
The crash severed a gas line. Three hours later, the house at 532 W. Elm Street exploded.
Over the weekend, there was a house explosion in the City of Oneida. Bodycam footage caught the moment the house blew up.
Oneida City Police arrested a juvenile on Thursday in connection with the crash and explosion.
The 17-year-old driver was brought before the Madison County Court's Youth Part, where he was arraigned.
