The Borough Council will soon begin talks with relevant parties to discern its firefighting vehicle needs, Councilman Leonard Resto said at the Monday, Jan. 23 council meeting. This message came after resident Robert Penn approached the lectern asking if the council planned on addressing the Chatham Borough Volunteer Fire Department fleet, which he called "badly over-aged."
