Crews were still on scene of a house fire in Columbus County Monday morning, June 3, that authorities believe was intentionally set.
According to the Columbus County deputy fire marshal, this is the second time that the house, located on Shellys Lane, has been set on fire in the past four weeks.
The house did not receive much damage in the first fire, according to the deputy fire marshal, but a WECT crew at the scene reports that the home has now been severely damaged.
No one was home when the latest fire at this location occurred.
