On Saturday morning, at approximately 6:47am, Douglas County Dispatch received a 911 call of a structure fire at the address of 6043 County Road 22 NW, Garfield, MN 56332. Deputies arrived on scene and observed a shed was fully engulfed in flames. The Garfield Fire Department, Brandon Fire Department, and Alexandria Fire Department responded and were able to extinguish the flames. The shed was a total loss, along with the property inside the shed. The cause of the fire is unknown, and is being investigated by the State Fire Marshal. No injuries were reported. Also assisting on scene was North Ambulance and Garfield First Responders.
