PHOTOS: A house caught fire in West Baltimore according to Baltimore City Fire Department. Fire officials say the department was dispatched to the 2600 block of Royal Oak Avenue. Upon arrival, they found a two-story wood-frame dwelling with fire showing on both the first and second floors. The units acted swiftly and extinguished the fire, bringing it under control.
