A Massachusetts firefighter is dead at the age of 39 due to occupational cancer. The International Association of Fire Fighters Local 1495 union announced that Billerica Firefighter Patrick Corbett died Tuesday. The Billerica Fire Department confirmed Corbett's line-of-duty death by retweeting the union's announcement. The union said graveside services will be held Monday, Nov. 22. More information on those services will be announced later. Expression of sympathy and condolences for Corbett's family and his fellow firefighters can be addressed to the IAFF Local 1495 at 8 Good St., Billerica, MA 01821.
