VIDEO/PHOTOS: A huge plume of smoke could be seen in downtown Alexandria on Monday afternoon (April 29). Details are limited at this time. The smoke appeared to be coming from a structure on Magnolia Street. The Alexandria Police Department and Alexandria Fire Department were on the scene.
