There are moments in life when everything just seems to go wrong. One little boy probably felt this way as he watched a firetruck accidentally roll over the soccer ball he’d been playing with. But the brave rescuers of St. George Fire’s Engine 653 are in the habit of helping people, not leaving them hanging. So, help is exactly what they provided. The busy firefighters made a point of getting a new soccer ball for the boy and delivering it as soon as possible. Once again able to enjoy his day, the young soccer fan picked up where he’d left off in sharpening his skills. St. George Fire took to its official Facebook Page to describe what happened, explaining that a crew had been called to the scene of a reported fire in the area. The incident turned out to be all clear, with no fire, but their truck did have an unexpected encounter with the aforementioned soccer ball.
