About two dozen people were displaced due to no electricity after a two-alarm fire at an apartment complex in Harvey Sunday morning. The fire occurred a few minutes after 8 a.m. in the 2100 block of Manhattan Boulevard. Firefighters on scene saw flames from the exterior of the three-story complex. Crews were able to contain the fire to one unit and to the exterior of the complex. The scene was cleared by 9:45 a.m. and no one was injured, the fire department says. The fire department is investigating what caused the fire.
