A man is dead and three others are hurt after a fire Sunday morning. The Alexandria Fire Department responded to the 2800 block of Culpepper Road around 2 a.m. AFD said one adult male victim was confirmed dead on scene while three other occupants were hospitalized in critical condition. The State Fire Marshal's Office assisted AFD. The fire is still under investigation.
