Crews extinguished a working laundry room fire at an Olathe apartment complex over the weekend. The Olathe Fire Department says that around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, emergency crews were called to the Willow Crossing Apartment Homes at 2009 E. Crossroads Ln. with reports of a fire. When first responders arrived, they said they found an active fire in the laundry room. Investigators said they continue to search for the cause of the fire and tally up damage estimates.
