VIDEO: In an effort to combat the growing opioid overdose crisis, a local organization was on the Wichita State Thursday. While Opioid use is not an issue for Wichita State students, it has become a problem right outside their campus. Safe Streets Coalition chair Lisa Vayda says 21st & Hillside is a known overdose hotspot, FOX Kansas News reporter Stephanie Maniche tells us how it was preparing students to help save lives.
