Northbound I-135 reopened before 7 a.m. Thursday morning after it rolled over the night before -- causing major traffic backups. The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. A semi tanker rolled on its side near the 135 and 235 junction near Park City. A dispatch supervisor confirmed that one person sustained serious but non life-threatening injuries. Officers on scene say one of the tires on its axle went out and caused the semi to hit a guardrail. A hazmat team was called to the scene due to an anhydrous ammonia leak and officers are trying to clear traffic to the north due to the wind direction. A shelter in place alert was put out, urging people within the vicinity to say in their homes.
