Several Decatur County fire departments were among 20 agencies that responded to a massive fire early Friday evening at Milroy Pallet in southern Rush County.
Units from the City of Greensburg, Adams Township, Clarksburg, Letts, Westport, and St. Paul responded to the blaze, which burned for several hours.
Also responding was Decatur County EMS.
Two firefighters were treated for heat exhaustion but no one else was hurt.
Smoke from the fire could be seen before sunset up to 35 miles away.
The State Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
