One person was killed Tuesday in a crash in northern Idaho.
Idaho State Police says a 44-year-old Idaho man, Robert J. Harp, was driving south on Highway 95 near Sagle when his vehicle drove left of center near the beginning of a sweeping corner. His vehicle ended up colliding with another vehicle, driven by Larry D. Court, 69, of Spokane Valley, Wash., which was heading northbound.
Court was taken to Kootenai Health but died after arrival, troopers say. A third vehicle also crashed when the driver tried to avoid the initial crash.
ISP says Harp has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence and vehicular manslaughter.
