An investigation is currently underway into the cause of a two-alarm house fire in Kahaluu early Monday morning. Firefighters were sent to a single-story home on Ahuimanu Road around 3:15 a.m. Upon arrival, crews saw smoke and flames emanating from the home. Firefighters were able to bring the blaze under control in about 20 minutes and fully put out the flames just after 4 a.m. No one was inside the home during the fire, and no injuries were reported. HFD said the Red Cross was called for four adults needing their services.
