A 74-year-old man who died Wednesday while hiking Secret Falls Trail in Wailua has been identified. Kauai police said the victim was identified as Maurice Irwin, of Washington. Irwin was hiking about 3 p.m. when he collapsed. Firefighters conducted CPR before he was taken to Wilcox Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
