A woman was taken to Naval Hospital for serious injuries after a vehicle hit a pole around 9 p.m. Tuesday by Deadman's Curve in Asan, according to Guam Fire Department spokesperson Lt. Nick Garrido.
GFD units at 8:47 p.m. responded to Deadman's Curve for a reported auto-pole incident.
Garrido said GFD units found a woman, approximately 40 years old, with serious injuries.
The patient was transported to Naval Hospital Guam.
The Guam Police Department was on scene investigating, Garrido added.
