VIDEO: Guam Police Department and Guam Fire Department personnel on Monday afternoon responded to a multiple-vehicle accident along Route 15, commonly known as backroad to and from Andersen Air Force Base. Traffic was closed off in both directions. Photos from the accident site show several damaged vehicles.
