VIDEO: A vehicle fire brought traffic to a standstill late Thursday morning on eastbound Interstate 20. The fire occurred one mile from Exit 199. According to dispatchers, the call came in at 10:23 a.m. It wasn’t reported as an injury incident. It was the second car fire in 24 hours to bring traffic to a standstill along that stretch of I-20. The previous fire occurred around 6 p.m. Wednesday on the westbound side between the Bobby Jones Expressway interchange and Wheeler Road.
