A woman driving in Pasco County suffered a medical emergency when her car crashed through the garage of a Land O' Lakes home, troopers say. The FHP reports the 46-year-old was driving on Banyan Hill Lane when the medical emergency caused her to lose control of the car and depart the roadway. She first entered the road's shoulder, hit a mailbox and landscaping before barreling through the home's garage. In photos shared by Pasco County Fire rescue, you can see concrete debris and what appears to be tree branches scattered across the scene of the crash. Troopers say the crash caused several thousands of dollars worth of damage. Fire rescue crews say the driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. No other injuries as a result of the crash have been reported.
