PHOTO: The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating a pair of fires Tuesday, April 23, 2024, that damaged a house in Holloway Terrace and a home near Glasgow.
Firefighters were called out around 2 p.m. for a house on fire on West Avenue, just a couple of blocks down from the Holloway Terrace Fire Company.
Crews were able to keep the flames from spreading beyond a 2nd floor bedroom.
The second incident happened on Pleasant Valley Road just after 6:30 p.m.
Aetna firefighters said the garage and half the house were on fire when they arrived.
There were no reported injuries in either incident.
