The Morgan County Coroner identified the victim of a house fire that happened in Morgan County early Monday morning.
Dennis Dwayne Malone, 53, of Somerville was killed in a house fire on East Upper River Road.
The Sheriff’s Office reported crews responded to a house fire in the 6200-block of East Upper River Road in Somerville.
After the fire was extinguished, a body was discovered inside the home.
The victim’s cause of death and cause of the fire remain under investigation, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
